Cecilia Rikap is a lecturer in international political economy at the City University of London and a tenured researcher at CONICET, Argentina’s national research council. Among other academic roles, she is co-director of the Centro de Estudios Económicos del Desarrollo of the Universidad Nacional de San Martín in Argentina.
